CESM Training

Abacus EW Consultancy Ltd continues to deliver excellence in its provision of Communications ESM (CESM) EW training, within both a live and simulated environments. Abacus EW continues to utilise the innovative use of the best EW products and services for all of their CESM Training deliverables.

Abacus EW utilises state of the art Comms ESM EW Simulators. Currently, we utilise the full suite of the Wideband, Intercept, Recording and Analysis MIRA system from MEDAV (Germany).

We have also taken delivery of the OC6040 Technical Signal Analysis suite of software which is leading edge in it's field as well as the CC-Online & CC-Offline applications which is at the forefront of wideband collection techniques, provided again - by MEDAV.

The MIRA Wideband System gives us the capability of training across the RF spectrum from 0.5 to 3GHz.

CESM incorporating VISINT Training Room

Our CESM EW Training room also includes the UAV VISINT & Post Mission Analysis Simulator offering from Simlat Ltd which offers the latest in all UAV operational training that is fully utilised within the CESM courses as well as across our other course offerings. The ST1 Pro from Simlat Ltd has now developed into a product that we utilise across all our EW training deliverables. The future enhancements has now arrived and this now includes RESM/CESM and EO/IR payload capability. This without doubt gives a cutting edge to all our CESM EW deliverables.

SimGen Situational Awareness EW Tool

In addition, we are currently trialling the SimGen, U++ and EOB++ product range from Genesis EW. This will further enhance our offerings in the CESM sphere of simulated CESM EW training as this gives us the capability to enhance the Situational Awareness Intelligence picture for all our EW Staff Officer and Advanced CESM EW Courses.

Abacus EW Training & Planning Tool

A new addition into our deliverables is our own EW Training & Planning Tool. Utilised in all our EW fundamental deliverables, the tool is capable of the following planning modes:
