Abacus EW Receives ISOQAR ISO9001 &
BS27001 Accreditation - 2nd Feb 2010 Abacus EW received full accreditation to ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001: 2005 (Information Security Management System) standards. Well done to Carole and her "Quality Team" for their hard work, diligence and perseverance. Successful Launch of the Abacus EW Planning Tool - Thursday 10th December 2009 Abacus EW held the launch of our New EW Training & Planning Tool on Thursday 10th December 2009.Abacus EW welcomed 33 invited guests to the launch and together with Jon Gower and Troy Phillips (from EWS), demonstrated the full features of the new EW Training & Planning Tool. Of particular success was the full integration of the RCIED Planning mode which no doubt, gained the most interest from the selected invitee's from both MoD & Defence, Industry as well as a selected audience from overseas as well as from UKTI. Abacus EW now welcome requests from Industry & Defence to visit your location and fully demonstrate the features of our new EW Tool. Genesis EW Training in September 2009 In order to further enhance our COMINT training capability, Abacus EW invited Genesis EW and in particular, Yuval Shukroon who presented a most professional workshop event at the Stables in which Genesis EW fully demonstrated their latest integration with the ST1 UAV Simulator from Simlat Ltd. Genesis EW are a trusted partner of Abacus EW and can be found at www.ewgenesis.com Partnership Agreement with MEDAV Abacus EW continues it's successful collaboration with MEDAV and ensures our unique delivery in the COMINT / CESM environments. MEDAV are a specialist supplier of technologically advanced, wideband COMINT receivers and associated equipment and signal analysis software. Abacus EW have now fully incorporated into our COMINT and CESM training deliveries, the full suite of MEDAV wideband capable equipment and their many excellent software packages. Close Collaboration with EWS Abacus EW continues it's successful close collaboration with EWS (EW Solutions) who specialise in the RCIED sphere of operations. Jon Gower & Troy Phillips (Directors of EWS) are now located within the Stables complex here at Wellingore Hall . A recent addition of new RCIED Modules within our MSc Intelligence System program has integrated the 2 companies within the EW training spheres and EWS have already provided vital input for the RCIED Planning Mode within our new EW Planning Tool. |
